Melslumb Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Melatonin, Bromelain, and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) which help you sleep. Melatonin is a natural hormone which helps to regulate the sleep-wake cycle and helps you fall asleep. Bromelain is an enzyme obtained from pineapple juice. It causes the body to produce substances that fight pain as well as swelling (inflammation) and helps you relax. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) is a nutritional supplement that possesses anti-nausea properties and helps in proper functioning of nerves.
