Tapal P Tablet is a pain relieving medicine. It is used in the treatment of moderate to severe pain in various conditions such as muscle pain, joint pain, menstrual cramps, and toothache. It is also used for treatment of fever, headache, and post-surgery related pains.

Tapal P Tablet may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food. Your doctor may change the dose and time between doses according to your pain level and your needs. Do not take more or use it for longer than recommended by your doctor.

How to use Tapal P Tablet

How Tapal P Tablet works

Tapal P Tablet is a combination of two medicines: tapentadol and paracetamol which relieve pain. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain.

Tapal P Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Tapal P Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of Tapal P Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

What if you forget to take Tapal P Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Tapal P Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
