- Insert the end of the contact bar of the test strip into the meter. Push it firmly until the strip goes no further
- Make sure the front side of the strip faces up when inserted
- Touch the blood with the absorbent hole. Do not drip blood directly on the strips
- Result will be displayed on the monitor
